SME Support Network offers:

  • Digital products (eBooks, templates, guides, business tools).
  • eLearning courses and online training.
  • Coaching and mentoring.
  • Accounting, tax, and compliance support.

3.2 Use of Services

  • Products and courses are for personal or business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or copied without written permission.
  • Coaching and consulting services are provided in good faith and rely on the accuracy of information provided by the client.

3.3 Payments

  • All payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

3.4 Disclaimer of Liability

  • GMCG and SME Support Network provide resources and advice for educational and informational purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee business success, financial results, or compliance outcomes.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

3.5 Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and resources provided by GMCG and SME Support Network remain the intellectual property of GMCG.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3.6 Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.

3.7 Governing Law

Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of South African courts.

SME Support Network (a division of GMCG) provides digital products, coaching, accounting, compliance services, and eLearning courses. By purchasing or accessing our services, you agree to the following refund terms:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

  1. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Guides, Courses):
    • All digital product sales are final.
    • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a product has been purchased or downloaded.
  2. Coaching & Consulting Sessions:
    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty.
    • No refunds will be issued for missed or unused sessions.
  3. Accounting, Tax & Compliance Services:
    • Fees paid for professional services are non-refundable, as work begins immediately upon engagement.
    • Where applicable, partial refunds may be considered if services have not yet commenced.
  4. eLearning Courses:
    • Once enrolled, course fees are non-refundable.
    • Access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  5. Liability:
    • GMCG and SME Support Network will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or perceived lack of benefit resulting from the use of our products, services, or courses.
